it appears that these numbers are only referring to the people buying insurance or the people selling insurance.

and it documents the most recent fraud prosecutions. If you add up the numbers of employee vs. employer fraud, this is what you will see:

Employee fraud: 0

Employer fraud: 15.

So, the next time that you hear someone complaining about employee fraud in WC, what is it that we can take away from these two articles? That’s right, maybe the problem is not with the employee.
